Ashraf & Partners Announces of Muhammad Zaki Sukery as a Partner

We are delighted to welcome Encik Muhammad Zaki Sukery as a Partner of the firm.

Muhammad Zaki Sukery brings with him over a decade of diverse litigation experience, spanning civil, criminal, and Syariah law.

He began his career as an Advocate & Solicitor at a prominent law firm, and later became a Partner at a boutique firm, where he handled a wide range of disputes including contractual breaches, debt recovery, insolvency, land and trust matters, as well as criminal defence.

He has represented clients in complex cases involving jurisdictional conflicts between the civil and Syariah courts for Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS), and has also acted in various civil disputes on behalf of statutory bodies such as Religious Councils, Indah Water Konsortium, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, and Bank Islam.

In addition, Muhammad Zaki is a registered Peguam Syarie in multiple states, enabling him to represent clients seamlessly across both civil and Syariah matters.
