Ashraf & Partners Announces of Intan Syahida Abu Samah as a Partner

We are pleased to welcome Puan Intan Syahida binti Abu Samah as a Partner of Ashraf & Partners, effective 8 September 2025.

Intan Syahida binti Abu Samah was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 22 August 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) and a Diploma in Judicial and Legal Administration (Diploma Pentadbiran Kehakiman dan Guaman Syarie) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2007.

With over 15 years of experience in conveyancing, real estate, and project work, Intan Syahida has advised on diverse property transactions, loan and security documentation, tenancy matters, and contract agreements. She has also acted for leading financial institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, BSN, Bank Rakyat, and LPPSA in her capacity as a panel solicitor.

Beyond her civil practice, Intan Syahida is also a qualified Peguam Syarie in Selangor (since 2016), Wilayah Persekutuan (since 2016), and Negeri Sembilan (since 2020), enabling her to represent clients effectively in both civil and Syariah legal forums.
